Exceptional hospitality defined this experience, with the staff going above and beyond to assist when passport issues arose, making countless calls on our behalf. The renovated interiors of the hotel were stylish and very inviting. Mornings in the outdoor garden area enjoying delicious Sicilian products for breakfast were a highlight. While the location was excellent for walking around, the lack of a variety in fitness equipment was noted and could be improved.

This place suits me perfectly with fast wi-fi, air conditioning, and 24-hour reception. The staff took amazing care of my elderly parents during my first stay. I highly recommend it for a relaxing weekend getaway....

Awesome location and friendly staff

Had a fab time! Location was spot on, so close to everything. The staff was super nice, especially Sophie, who helped us a ton. The breakfast was solid, and I loved the in-room tea options. Only thing was the smoke smell on our floor. Didn't ruin it tho!

I loved staying in a spacious room with a comfy bed and enjoyed relaxing in the sauna and sun terrace. The only downside was that the reception area was under renovation when I arrived, but it was open by the time I left. 😊

Had a great time at Hotel Josef. The spacious Signature Double Room provided a fantastic view and was very modern with heated floors in the bathroom. I loved the breakfast buffet with fresh fruits and made-to-order dishes. It was perfect for fueling up before exploring the city. The staff were friendly and attentive, making the experience even better. However, there was an annoying issue with the bathroom setup. it felt too open and lacked privacy. It could use some redesign for better comfort. Overall, I would definitely return to enjoy the excellent amenities and central location.

The stay at Josef was exceptional. The Signature Double Room was spacious, quiet, and well-appointed. The hotel is located on a tranquil street and is just a short walk from the main square and significant sites....  

A modern gem with spotless rooms and a huge king bed! Loved the lively atmosphere and how handy everything was—town square just a stroll away.

The bathroom's glass walls might want a little privacy. not ideal for midnight bathroom dashers! Also, my partner still hasn't forgiven the minibar for its prices.

My stay in a Signature Double Room was pure bliss! The unique design by a renowned Czech architect gave my room an artsy flair that was Instagrammable at every corner. Plus, waking up to the aroma of freshly baked pastries from the in-house bakery?...  

Great breakfast and super helpful staff, but Wi-Fi was spotty at times.
